Contractors trace roof planes, hips, ridges, valleys, eaves, and rakes directly on high-resolution satellite imagery. MeasureShark then calculates plan area, pitch-adjusted roof area, perimeter, and linear measurements automatically. A built-in Bill of Materials translates those measurements into shingle, underlayment, cap, starter, and drip-edge quantities, and a live cost engine applies labor, steepness, two-story, overhead, profit, and tax to produce a defensible estimate on the spot. Reports can be exported to a branded PDF, shared with clients, or downloaded as Xactimate-ready CSV line items.
