Payment information: Billing details processed by our payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix). We do not store your full credit card number — payment data is handled securely by the processor.

Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, reports generated, and device/browser information.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
• Process subscription payments and manage your account.
• Generate roof measurement reports, estimates, and contracts.
• Send you service-related notifications, including trial-ending reminders and billing alerts.
• Enforce plan limits, including monthly report caps and team seat limits.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service, such as our payment processor (Wix), email delivery, and cloud hosting. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Map data providers: We use Google Maps satellite imagery to generate roof measurements. Your property address queries are sent to Google to retrieve imagery.
• Within your company: Team members within the same company may view reports, clients, and performance data based on their assigned role and permissions.
• Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, we may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Project data (reports, estimates, contracts) may be retained for up to 90 days after cancellation to allow for account reactivation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission, secure authentication, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
